Depending on your position as a Project Manager, you will work in an operational role designating executional tasks related to administrative work on projects, and/or lead/train a team of PMs on how to best designate executional tasks related to administrative work. Entry-level PMs will manage basic level projects, Intermediate PMs will manage higher level projects, and Experienced PMs will lead and train PMs in working on projects of all levels. You will be required to create, review, and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). It is important that you are highly organized and knowledgeable on your projects, as you will be expected to lead not only teams of people, but also client calls from an operational standpoint.
