JOB DESCRIPTION (ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATOR)Organising and servicing committee and academic board meetings (producing agendas, taking minutesTo serve as a member of the Registry Management Team and to contribute to the development of the Registry’s procedure and periodic reviewLiaising with government departments, potential students, other institutions and external organisationsHelping with course approval and evaluation activitiesFormulating and implementing regulations/policiesTimetabling and planning eventsAdministering and coordinating student recruitment, examinations and assessment activitiesTo oversee the coordination of the faculty-based committee schedule with the yearly schedule of academic committees for the institutionTo assist and ensure a coordinated process and consistency of good practice across the InstitutionTo ensure the maintenance of accurate data on the student records systems and other databasesTo produce written and data reports as required for data returns, assessment boards, the annual monitoring process etcTo manage the site-based Academic Services office space ensuring the provision of an effective face-to-face serviceLiaison with the university for student registration to exit process.Conducting examsCoordinating with heads, faculties, and students.Experience Required: 4-5 years of experience in University Liaisoning and other Academics – Students related coordinationJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹450,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Regular SanitizationExperience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/03/2022
