Full Job Description
General office administration.Administration of all the projects, programmes and courses.Booking of courses: Making calls to companies and individual, following up with emails.Organize handouts, course material, feedback forms etc. for all the coursesCertification and record maintenance of various courses/ activities.Check inventories.Day-to-Day work to include typing, filing, communication to clients, fixing appointments etc.Supervising in-coming and out-going postal mails and couriers.Scheduling the travel itinerary of the ISF employees, faculty and associates.Support and coordinate various activities of all the division of ISF Group.Proper documentation and filing of all the activities at ISFSupporting ISO Internal AuditorPeriodic visit to client offices for course to understand training needs.
