Purpose of the Job
To assist Lead in the day to day activities related to HR, liasioning with different teams for the smooth functioning of the center
Job Responsibilities
Liaisons with all the departments in Isha Health Solutions
Profiling of all the staffs (Employee database)
Creating the Job description of each post
Allocation of work
Recruitment Process
Handling employees related issues
Orienting the new joinee
Coordinating with HR department for completing the joining formalities and other HR requirements
Maintaining the attendance register manually and online attendance
Forwarding the monthly attendance sheet with ETA and OTA calculation to the HR department for Salary calculation
Calculating and issuing the therapist tips
Leave management
Preparing the HR policies for rejuvenation
Creating Process Flow
