The Event Operations Executive will be working on the logistical planning, recruitment, execution and sponsorship management of our Global Summit events. The Event Operations Executive will coordinate logistics with venues, event marketing, coordinating sponsor schedules and assisting in branding of our virtual event environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting in event logistics including but not limited to: Booking venue, seating arrangement, menu selection, on-site and virtual materials, etc.
Manage ISMG’s event app from inception to on-site and virtual deliverables.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of all event materials.
Manage logistics for global events including but not limited to staging, shipping, on-site registration.
Assisting in expanding global attendee prospect database and nurturing existing attendee relationships.
Maintaining consistent communication with event sponsors throughout the life cycle of each event.
Working closely with editorial to produce on-site marketing materials, schedule interviews and coordinate agendas.
Working with internal teams to coincide with company/event marketing efforts.
Execute booth creation and branding within ISMG virtual environment.
Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or other related fields.
3-5 years of professional work experience in event operations, vendor management, event logistics management etc.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize while on tight deadlines.
Effectively and efficiently work both independently and collectively as a team when needed.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently.
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Must be extremely detail oriented.
The ability to work well in a fast paced media environment.
