Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Business Analyst (Agile). The Business Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, and interpret and analyze data in order to make recommendations for process improvements. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for communicating technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions
• Experience in business analysis and business process improvement
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools
• Experience working in IT or related field
• Knowledge of CRM tools and processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
