IT World Hiring for Store Manager at Mumbai Full Time

A Store Manager is owner of company’s Business Unit (BU). He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams; training new staff; smooth customer experience & competition mapping.

1. Generate sales revenue with aim to over achieve Month/ Quarter Budget.

2. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.

3. Business & Opportunity Trends: Prepare detailed reports to discuss with reporting manager the buying trends, customer requirements and preferences. Prepare reports on Brand guidance’s – Product Mix, ASP, etc

4. Work closely thru reporting manager with various demand generation departments – Business, Marketing and Vendor team to generate enough leads to achieve sales budgets.

5. Customer Lead Management System (LMS): Own end-to-end LMS in coordination with team members. Should have the latest data/ report available at any given moment of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹19,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
