A Marketing Manager makes decisions regarding a company’s presence in the market. He/She help & develop a company’s marketing strategy and work with other Sales team leaders and members to implement that plan. He/She also identify the short- and long-term marketing needs of the organization, and work with team members to execute the plan. He/She oversee the entire Marketing department, and report to the C.E.O.Responsible for: o Design/Publish campaigns for social media platformso Publish offers on social media platformso Increase organic customer reach through social media platformso Manage Social media platforms & Analyse performance of – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare, Instagram, Google My Business Appo Design & Publish EDMs to appeal customer at its besto Prepare the EDM as and when required and on time and with accuracy of informationo Marketing collaterals: development and timely deliveryo Prepare social media calendar and email marketing calendaro Constantly analyse email activities to improve customer engagemento Lead generation from marketing activitieso Create new customer acquisition strategyo Focus on Corporate email marketing: product promotional email, offer email, services/product educating email, greetings email etc.o Create a brand image of iValueo Feedback survey: get feedback from customers, get references, generate reports, analyse performance of services offeredo Blog platform: manage the blog platform, Manage/finalise the blog plan with Content Writer, oversee everyday blogs post curated by Content Writero Design images/EDMs for offers, new product launch or requested by sales team etc.o Guide and manage Content Writer’s tasks and planso Perform market analysis and research on the latest launch of toolso Map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
