Offering train, flight and bus utility & bookings, the company applies AI for deal discovery, personalized recommendations, airfare predictions & alerts, train delay prediction, PNR confirmation prediction and automated customer service.
Job Description
Role & Responsibility
As a customer experience executive, you will be responsible for
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, issues, and requests and maintain a strict SLA for replies
Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution
Be able to work across multiple channels to communicate with customers and handle queries via chats.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years experience in customer service
You care deeply, genuinely and passionately about customer support as a career
You love engaging with and helping people via calls
A saddened user saddens you
You’re a good/legendary social media user and understand exactly how social media works (or doesn’t work)
You possess the ability to explain solutions in an easy to understand, concise and fun language
You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
You are obsessed with getting to Inbox Zero
You are self-driven, ambitious, kind and ego-less, have superior organizational skills, integrity, a great follow through on tasks and obsessed with details
