Position Sales Manager-2W for Bawal Location with Japanese MNC

Marketing and sales activities for a Japanese-affiliated company, which requires the candidate to obtain orders from potential customers in the market, negotiate costs with existing customers (mainly in the purchasing department), build relationships of trust with them, and coordinate costs and delivery dates with other departments. In addition, since many of our customers are Japanese companies, we have many opportunities to come into contact with the philosophy and beliefs of Japanese manufacturers regarding manufacturing, which leads to personal growth.

In addition to managing the members of the department, this is a position in which you can demonstrate leadership by coordinating opinions with other departments and promoting operations by integrating the opinions of the sales team.

Required Work Experience

Experience as a manager in the sales department in the automobile and motorcycle parts industry (experience in sales from the viewpoint of cost control of new models).

Experience in sales from the viewpoint of cost control of new models.

Experience in communication with customers and other departments to solve fundamental problems in a positive manner and to promote business.

Those who are able to present a delivery schedule that can be explained satisfactorily to the customer and keep the delivery schedule.

All of the above are welcome conditions.

Experience in sales operations for a Japanese Tier 1 manufacturer.

In addition to the above, experience in production line or quality operations (welding, pressing, bending, or plating)

Experience in production line or quality work (welding, stamping, bending, plating, etc.)

Working time：Factory/factory: 8:30-17:45

Holiday：6 days a week, but every other Saturday off (mainly the 2nd and 4th week)
