Role Purpose : The purpose of the role is to have A polite, professional Customer Care Associates to work closely with other
team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, The Call Center
Assocaite may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for
each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an
accurate and efficient response.To be a successful Customer care Associate, you should be customerfocused, detail oriented,
and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

Expereince : Freshers(0-1 Year)
Qualification : Minimum Graduate
Industry Background : Should have worked in reputed companies in Logistics / Financial Services/ Telecom/ Pharma/ Retail, etc
or any call center experience
Customer Care Associate Key Deliverables
Answering calls of the customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with services.
Striving to achieve first call resolution and maintain the quality of service provided by the call center.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer feel
supported and valued.
Remaining calm and professional while dealing with angry customers and providing them with the best solutions to
resolve their issues.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer
service.
Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Transferring and escalating the calls to the appropriate department if needed
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Customer Care Associate Critical Competencies
Exceptional customer service, active listening, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone
voice.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
Proficiency with computers,MS office.
Strong time management and decision making skills.
Adaptability and accountability.
Fluency in multiple languages may be desired preferably south
