The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated and extremely organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills who understands the importance of teamwork and accuracy.  Specific requirements will include:

• In-depth research on companies, industries, countries and services using internal and external databases
• Reading and comprehensive monitoring of trending topics relevant to Jacobs business and providing insights within the final research output
• Creating high-impact, visually appealing reports as per Jacobs branding guidelines (presentations, documents etc).  
• Creating project appraisal tools to provide in-depth analysis of project pipeline to the sales leadership
• Excellent written & oral communication skills and confidence in dealing with important stakeholders including communicating project expectations via email and getting on video calls with them to understand their requirements.
• Collaborating with team members and helping with ad hoc research requests involving in-depth secondary research.
• Conducting internal stakeholder interviews to capture intrinsic knowledge about the client, business environment, or industry.

• 2-5 years’ of proven working experience in Primary and Secondary Market Research domain with a reputed firm.
• Should be able to execute and prepare high-quality research reports with minimal or no guidance.
• Experience in working on various research databases.
• Should be well versed with commonly used research methodologies & frameworks like SWOT analysis, Porter’s 5 forces analysis, PESTLE analysis, market forecast, market sizing, trend analysis etc.
• Should be well versed with both Qualitative and Quantitative analysis.
• Ability to understand data and using simple visualization tools to represent it.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must have desire to learn and receptiveness to feedback & mentoring
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good To Have:
• Existing experience & knowledge of global construction, infrastructure, ESG & sustainability, power & energy sector is an added advantage.
• Experience in extracting relevant information from knowledge databases like Inframation, ReportLinker, Constrack360, Tussell and government websites.
