Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (Including Night shifts)Responsibilities:
Manage access controls for ServiceNow platform and its functional modules
Able to perform troubleshooting for all operational issues and identify the root cause
Perform daily administration activities of the ServiceNow modules/platform, including performing approved configuration changes
Work with business and technical teams to design and build workflows that manage, enhance, and/or improve internal processes
Able to create run books/ knowledge base as required and publish in Uber environment
Create reports and dashboards in the ServiceNow platform to meet internal customer and business needs
Function as the ServiceNow subject matter expert and offer recommendations and solutions, as needed, to meet collaboration and governance needs
Configure business rules, user interface (UI) policies and actions, client scripts, and access control lists (ACLs)
Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows, and business use cases
Actively participate in data & post-production validations and ServiceNow upgrades
Responsible for L2 application support to triage & resolve incidents escalated by L1 as per the agreed SLAs and timelines
Required Skill set:
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and preferably SNOW system admin certified
2+ years working with various ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset Management, Change/Incident, CMDB, ITSM and CSM and HRSD
Proven experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing in multiple instances, and deploying into production
Must have a solid understanding of ITSM processes, preferably ITIL V4 certified
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively across internal and Uber stakeholders
Ability to take complex technical topics and explain them to non-technical audiences
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Proven experience and understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and latest release
