Job Description

Location : Ambikapur, Korba & RaigarhDuties and Responsibilities Manage Sales activities of partners to generate revenue
Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements
Address partner related issues, Sales Conflicts etc.
Manage Sales Pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business
Stay current with latest developments in marketplace & competitor activities
Communicate up to date information about new products & enhancement to partners
Provide regular training on new products, features and roadmap to partners
Assist in partner marketing activities such as campaigns & other promotional activitiesSKILLS REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION : –

• Graduate
• Post Graduate/ MBA

EXPERIENCE : –

• Should have headed a small to medium business organization.
• Minimum 5 years in a role of a Sales Person
• Construction Equipment Sales Person should be exposure preferred.
