What will be your role:-

• The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics.
• Will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.
• Compile and analyze data related to business’ issues.
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion.
• Implement methods of tracking & measuring effectiveness of online activity and review reporting tools to ensure optimum efficiency in conjunction with technical team.
• Manage additional marketing research requirements (in-house & via third parties) to enhance stakeholder data and information.
• Contribute to the development of the JNM digital Strategy and provide data driven insights to grow existing and new users.

What we are looking at:

a) Functional:

• MBA with at least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with sound experience of Google Analytics. 
• Knowledge of social media monitoring and tools desirable.

b) Behavioral:

• Excellent data interpretation and presentation skills.
• Able to decode the data and share findings and way forward.
