Position description:
Outbound Operations / Dispatch Planning, Manage Dispatch Activity, Transportation Planning, FG Inventory management, Freight management, Customer Handling, etc
Primary Responsibilities:
To Raise RFQ for vehicles requirement.
To obtain the freight offers.
To negotiate with the transporters.
Timely placement of the vehicles.
E-way bill generation for outward consignments.
To coordinate with accounts and Operations team for update of the documentation job.
Follow-ups all Inward & Outward material with Vendors, Transporters, Drivers, Customers, Purchase Dept. In Head Office and Plant Purchase.
To interact with Marketing Dept. & close all related queries.
To discuss with Commercial team for Paper Change.
Daily discussion with Transporters related to avoid any kind Logistics Issues.
Prepare MIS Reports.
Daily Inwards Material & Daily Outward Material
Daily Planning vs Dispatch
Educational qualifications preferred
Category: Bachelor’s Degree
Field specialization: Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management
Required Competencies:
Team Player
SAP Basic knowledge
Good analytical skills
MS office knowledge
