Designation – Executive/ Assistant Executive

Experience – 3 to 4 Yrs
Qualification – B.Com/M.Com
Location – Rajoda (Indore Ujjain Road)
Roles and Responsibilities
- All routine day to day accounting, data entries i.e. Bank vouchers, Cash vouchers, Journal vouchers, Invoice, Bank reconciliation etc.
- Banking work (as & when required)
- GST related working
- Preparation of sales Invoices, generation of e-way bills, arrangement/co-ordination with transport agencies.
- Any other accounts related works/activities as may be instructed time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification – B.Com/M.Com /MBA in Finance
Experience – 3 to 4 Yrs
General Skills + knowledge Required : –
- Knowledge of Basic Accounting, Data entry, GST, TDS, Banking work etc.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP-9 accounting software & ERP.
- Computer knowledge (Specifically MS-Office, Internet, E-mails etc.)
- Knowledge of Hindi & English language
- Having good communication skills (Incl. Good negotiating skills)
