Job Description

1. LTS Sign-off within stipulated period / Zero Production Loss / Smooth implementation of LTS Norms.

2. Effective Managing of External Environment (Monthly / Quarterly Meetings with Industrial Forums / Govt. Officials / Local Stakeholders)

3. Engagement of Associates, NEEM and Contract Labours

4. Smooth and error-free conduct of Payroll Processing & Time Administration

5. Co-ordinate between Production Dept. and Associates / Trainees / and Contract Labour

6. Engage Union Leadership for better relationship

7. Ensure 100% Statutory Compliances

8. Liasion with government authorities & local stakeholders

9. Assist HR Site Head in legal cases

10. Welfare – Canteen, Transport, Mediclaim, Uniform Management

11. Learning & Development for associates
