About the Role

The role involves developing and implementing CSR strategies and plans for education-related & community engagement projects aligned with the company’s values and goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing CSR strategies and plans for education-related & community engagement projects aligned with the company’s values and goals.
• Project Management: Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Community Engagement: Engaging with local communities to understand their needs, ensuring that the projects are relevant and impactful. Conducting surveys, focus groups, and other methods to understand community needs and priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with schools, NGOs, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Training and Capacity Building: Organizing and conducting training programs for teachers, students, and community members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Budget Management: Managing project budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Governance: Ensure that all CSR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A master’s degree in social work, education, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience: At least 15 – 20 years’ of relevant work experience in CSR, project management, and the education & community engagement sector is highly desirable.
• Women candidates preferred for this role.
