Jewelshala is an Ed-tech platform specialising in Jewellery Industry providing skill based courses to jewellers and Jewellery Aspirants.At jewelshala we are looking for education administrators who have a solid understanding of the work profile, knows how to put their heart and mind to whatever they work in, and are ready to challenge themselves to meet the expected bechmark while exploring working with a growing startup.If you are one of them, we expect you to have these few experiances and understandings-Coordinating all administrative processes.1. Manage budgets, policies and events or meetings2. Handle planning, scheduling, record-keeping, announcing and reporting3. Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations4. Create and run instructive projects5. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)6. Maintaining accounts7. Providing coordination and doubt solving assisstance to students and trainersRequirements and skills1. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills2. Good judgment and decision-making aptitude3. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills6. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles7.
