A community based enterprise registered under Jharkhand Self-Supporting Societies Act 1996, is the largest broiler producing unit in the state promoted by PRADAN. The federation is providing sustainable livelihoods to more than 4,600 poor rural women.

• Employee files & data maintenance for various functions and matters
• Induction & Orientation
• Performance Management
• Salary Administration
• Medical Expenses administration
• Administering Insurance policies
• Tour & Travel Claims
• Meetings Administration and Management
• Verification of bills for payment
• Coordinating with producers for their account maintenance and clarifications.

• Necessary journal entries into the software module.

• Reconciliation of Bank statements and other statements of accounts.

• Generating different accounting reports.
• Preparation of Trial Balance and get it endorsed by cooperative manager.
• Preparing balance sheet and get it audited with auditor’s report.
• Auditing of accounts.
• Any other assigned work from time to time

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Freshers who are willing to learn
• B.com/ MBA (HR)
• Passion to work with poor
• Should be proficient at working in excel
• Should have secured 60% in graduation

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
