Showroom Associate

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a sales pitch, demonstration, presentation, and proposal to customers
• Following up with existing clients periodically to check on their satisfaction after paying attention to the needs of the market, sharing observations with the product and marketing teams.
• Speaking with clients and architects on the co-introduction.
• Informing the estimation team of the deadlines for submitting quotes.
• Scheduling stakeholders meetings/ Calls and facilitating communication between sales and operation team throughout the Project life cycle (Until Handover is done ) post sales.
• Managing Project management documents such as the Work orders/Designs/Drawings/Schedule, scope of work.
• Monitoring Project Progress and clearing any impediments if any by informing concerned stakeholders
• Ensure all required documentations done properly,
• Ensure before the team mobilizes for site survey/ final measurements required documents and ready and site conditions related snaps received.
• To take care of the Showroom in terms of cleaning and managing staff.

Qualifications: /Skills / Experience:

• Worked experience of Project management
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Eg Google Docs, Sheets, forms etc)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details
