📍 Location: Jajpur, Odisha

🎯 Role Purpose:

We are looking for a seasoned leader to head the Ferro Alloys Unit at our Jajpur facility. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, production excellence, and ensuring the highest safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will oversee everything from raw material planning to furnace operations, HCFC recovery, and compliance implementation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal furnace operations, raw material planning, and production continuity.
• Lead initiatives on cost reduction, pellet conversion efficiency, and power consumption optimization.
• Drive zero-fatality safety culture and implement strong safety compliance practices.
• Monitor and enhance HCFC recovery and overall process control.
• Achieve targeted output with minimal downtime and operational waste.
• Ensure compliance with government environmental regulations and safety norms.

📌 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
• Experience: 20–25 years in Ferro Alloys operations, with proven leadership in process improvement, safety compliance, and production excellence.
• Strong command over HCFC recovery, furnace management, and energy efficiency strategies.
• Competencies in teamwork, achievement orientation, and strategic leadership.
