Education Qualification: MBA (Preferred Finance/ General Management) from Tier1/Tier2 colleges with 75% and above throughout academics
Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the Office of the Business Head, supporting the end-to-end management of operations across various business functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in general management, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Business Head in overseeing and reviewing functional operations across departments.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress on key business initiatives.
· Assist in preparing business dashboards, reports, and strategic presentations.
· Analyze operational data to provide insights and recommendations.
· Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to business planning and reviews.
