Job Description:

As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the ASPAC Corporate Product Group Lead, this role will be accountable for value delivery and value realization for ASPAC corporate technology products within the region. This role will own the vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements to ASPAC corporate technology products and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories within the region.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert in corporate technology within the region, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and for external talent. This role will also be responsible for regionally activating large-scale, high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives within ASPAC and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets related to ASPAC corporate technology products. This role will actively feed local/regional demand to global technology leads and product owners. This role will manage cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the ASPAC corporate technology vision/roadmap and steer squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around business impact

• Lead continuous improvement across the ASPAC corporate technology product lifecycle and drive engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad(s) objectives

• Understand latest technology trends in the corporate technology field to inform technology product roadmap within the region

• Drive selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners within the region

• Prioritize a backlog, utilizing technical expertise and understanding of customer needs, to translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria for ASPAC corporate technology products/platforms

• Work with the business to channel the “voice of the customer” within the ASPAC corporate technology product squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”

• Manage resources for ASPAC corporate technology product squad(s), onboarding new team members

• Define & track ASPAC corporate technology OKRs

• Work closely with business partners and technology team members to establish the business case and supporting communications and end-user outreach necessary

• Work closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery, and assess technology elements prior to user testing within the region

• Owns ASPAC corporate technology reporting and performance analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results

• Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; lead and optimize flow of value using various tools and reporting cadences

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or another related field

• Five plus years of experience in technology project/product management, engineering, UX, or another related field

• Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles

• Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering, and UX

• Deep understanding of business/processes and high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams

• Product/Digital expertise:

• Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience

• Foundational skills in data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and emerging technology

• Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, removing blockers, etc.

• Experience deploying corporate systems and tools

• Understanding of technology trends in the corporate technology field

• Understanding of regional complexities and regulations to deploy corporate
