Johnson & Johnson Vision, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is currently seeking a Marketing Head Role to lead a ACUVUE Brand / product platform for India, to be based in Mumbai.

The Marketing Head / Lead will each lead the planning, implementation and execution of all marketing strategies & initiatives aligned with Business Goals of India to deliver the business targets of the Country. She / HE will be responsible to Build the Category / Master Brand ACUVUE in India to increase Penetration from 1% , Acquire New Weare and Acquire New Stores through a complete Marketing Plan to drive the same. New wearer recruitment and demand generation via Core Portfolio, new product launches, advertising across media platforms (Traditional, Print, Online, Social media), PR, POSM development, research and insight generation amongst ECPs and consumers, A&P and forecast management, competition and pricing analysis, and the development of product and communication concepts, consumer complaint handling.

Responsibilities
Lead, develops and executes the marketing strategies and plans fr the assigned product platform
Lead business-planning sessions, drive marketing initiatives and act as a team leader managing resources of marketing projects
Lead and develop consumer communication campaigns and content, including TVC, print, social digital, PR, POSM.
Lead the planning and execution of product launches and new initiatives, including launch meetings, sales planning sessions and sales training.
Lead research projects such as equity studies, and Consumer/ECP insight generation.
Lead and perform analyses on consumer, marketplace, pricing and competition etc.
Own the A&P with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and pay-out analyses.
Implement process improvements.
Develop peers and lead across functions.
Participate in business discussions with Local, Regional and Global leaders
Prepare regular reports and consolidate Dashboards.
Manage 3rd party agency relationships.

Minimum education required for competent performance:
B- School Graduate
At least 5 to 8 years of strategic marketing experience and brand management experience gained preferably from a reputable FMCG company.
Sales and Marketing experience is preferred.
Analytical, team player, self-confident, bi-lingual (English/Hindi).
Innovative and Business Excellence oriented.
Strong knowledge in strategic marketing planning, insights generation, branding, product messaging, and advertising/content creation for digital
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead through influencing cross-functional and senior management to impact decision -making.
Highly motivated, and can work independently, who is a good initiator with multi-task and time management skills.
This position will be located in Mumbai may require up to 20% time of travel (post-covid) to different States in India
