Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Europe is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, located in Mumbai.

This person will work closely with EMEA Consumer Supply Chain business to drive reduction in costs, inventory and impact the GP by supporting various initiatives with the help of data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the data and analytics activities for EMEA Essential Health and Skin Health business

• Support to drive overall Supply Chain Analytics landscape to accelerate business outcomes and drive GP improvement, in partnership with regional supply chain, finance and IT teams

• He /She will play a key role in defining data to be used and generated by the supply chain processes, and help to translate data into meaningful business opportunities for cost reduction and GP improvement

• Support with required data and analysis to drive key projects in region. (Network projects, supply chain remodeling, GP transformation etc.)

• Roll out dashboards and tools required to support ecommerce, supplier agility and reliability, Inventory analytics etc.

Qualifications

Education:

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree concentration in engineering, mathematics, computer engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is preferred.

• 4-5 years of experience with around 2-3 years of Supply Chain functional experience

• Ability to represent the data in most intuitive formats and structure

• A Person with an agile mindset with experience in shaping solutions, with good collaboration skills.

• Working knowledge of visualization tools, data science tools and SQL is a must
