Work Experience : 3 to 7 yrs

Roles & Responsiblities :
1 Good exposure of CNC and SPM trouble shooting ; setting as per drawings
2 Hands on experience of Fanuc and seimens controls
3 Good knowledge of CNC tooling, cutting inserts, drill and tap
4 Consumable cost monitoring and reduction
5 Productivity improvement by Cycle time reduction, set up time reduction.
6 Usuage of MS office (Excel, PPT, Word)
7 Daywise production planning and execution
8 Rejection monitoring and why-why analysis
9 System audit and adherence (IATF-16949; EMS)
10 TPM implementation exposure.
