Finance Subject Matter Expert – Planning and Analysis

What this job involves:
Leading on-site operations

Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for corporate reporting operations with particular focus on regional accounts to help achieve defined Key Performance Indicators. You’ll be trouble-shooting and advise for end users from IFM Finance. Likewise, you’ll ensure all operational staff are well trained on Corporate Reporting systems and effectively able to understand financial reports. Also have knowledge about uploading budget and forecast numbers.

Winning our clients’ trust

As a Sr. Analyst, you’ll be working frequently with clients/stakeholders, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time. You will also engage in regular communications with Regional Accounts Finance staff.

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts

Do you have a solid background in accounting & reporting? As the person in charge, you will take care of record and develop processes supporting the Corporate Reporting function under guidance of the Regional Finance Supervisor and Stakeholder.

Competent and goal-driven

Do you have three to five years’ experience in accounting and reporting? If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role. Likewise, an experience in Balancesheet review, preparing journals and reporting (PAX & EPBCS- update budget and forecast numbers) may just help you land this job. You’ll also need to be a goal-oriented individual who’s an ace in planning & organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.

Organised and analytical

We’re looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking Sr. Analyst who can solve problems using quantitative methods, holistic approaches and has an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of service . Likewise, we’re on the lookout for well-organised leaders who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines.

Engaging and professional

A passion for excellence is what makes a great reporting team. We’ll need someone who can do more than the bare minimum to meet our clients’ expectations. In this role, you’ll also be working with different stakeholders, so you’ll need to be an expert in handling them professionally.
