Senior Digital Marketing Analyst
What this job involves:

Do you live and breathe Social Media? We can offer you an exciting role where you can use this passion to disrupt the real estate investment industry. Being a part of and leading the Social team you will be encouraging the team to adopt agile practices and continuous improvements. You will lead the end to end execution of all social media (organic) and online reputation management initiatives working with requesters around the globe.
Mapping business requirements
An essential part of your role will involve in social media publishing, reporting, setting up of listening dashboards, playing a crucial role to consult stakeholders in a Global role. You will be ensuring industry best practices are duly maintained, internal governance is implemented and ensure high quality delivery output is maintained in a timely manner. You should have prior experience in extensive social media reporting and listening reports, community management, governance, online reputation management. You should be someone who is detail oriented, great at communication and process driven.
Team work
Being a part of the social team, team work is essential. Your overall support will ensure efficiency, consistency and timely delivery of projects will be crucial.

Flawless expertise
We are looking at social media enthusiasts at entry level, with 2+ years of experience. The person should be process driven, have superior written and communication skills. Ability to learn, adapt and excel upon guidance.
Job Requirements
Developing and presenting learnings from campaigns, including actionable insights and recommendations.
Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaigns
Expected to be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance value in campaigns reporting & strategic work
Experience working with popular social media publishing and reporting/ monitoring tools (Like – HS/ Sprinklr)
Experience working with popular listening tools. (Like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Radian6, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Symons, etc)
Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for growth & improvement
Plan and direct marketing campaigns
Stay up to date with the latest tools and best practices
Key Competencies
Deep knowledge of digital marketing
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well in a team

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to meet deadlines
Employee Specification:
Graduates/Postgraduates from English Hons, Communication, Media & Journalism
Exposure to social media tools like Sprinklr, Hubspot, Hootsuite preferred
Shift : 7AM to 4PM
Location: Gurugram
3-5 years of professional experience in social media
