We effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel. **What You Will Be Doing: ** – Monitor the CommVault 10 & 11 backup environment, resolving L3 issues and performing regular operations. – Review backup infrastructure performance, suggest capacity and tuning requirements. – Provide support for any technical issues experienced by customers or internal teams. – Collaborate with various teams and vendors for needed support and issue escalations. – Collaborate with the project management team to implement new servers and provide Disaster Recovery support for the backup environment. – Complete backup and recovery, data migration, storage allocation, connectivity, and storage reporting requests. – Possess knowledge of backup tools, with expertise in CommVault. – Work with senior peers to develop change management procedures. – May require rotating 24×5 on-call support and weekend support. **What You Bring: ** – 5+ years of experience in backup technologies. – Primary Skill – CommVault, Secondary Skill – NetBackup (Veeam can be trainable). – Awareness of ITIL framework and concepts. – Excellent customer service skills. – Ready to work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts. – Ability to develop complex solutions through analysis and research. – Work on multiple projects as a project or technical leader/consultant. – Tackle complex tasks or issues that impact business unit performance. **What We Offer You: ** – An exciting opportunity to be a part of the world’s leading FinTech product MNC. – A range of benefits designed to support your lifestyle and well-being. – A multi-faceted job with broad responsibilities. – A modern international work environment with a dedicated and innovative team. **Privacy Statement: ** FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process to provide services to our clients.
