About the team

This team is involved in Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

What you will be doing

Create and maintain processes of the quality program and provide consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.

Involve in methods, tools and technology used in software testing

Involve in management methods ,tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets needs of client/business partner

Involve in basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies

Involve in primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting

Will be working in Regular night Shifts

What you bring:
5 to 10 years of Mainframe Testing Experience

Knowledge in COBOL, ISPF, JCL, IMS DB, and DB2.

Tools preferred are INSYNC, XPEDITER, SPUFI, QMF, CONTROL-M & ENDEAVOR.

Willing to work as an individual contributor

Ready to interact with customers and internal stakeholders to obtain complete and thorough understanding of the requirements.

Ready to define functional test cases based on the technical design/functional design in a way that is comprehensive and verifies accuracy of developed features.

Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of FIS’ products and services

Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization

Knowledge of financial services industry
