Job Title: Windows Administrator – 5 to 8 years of experience – Bangalore/Pune

What You Will Be Doing:
Install, maintain, and upgrade internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products.

Control user access and passwords.

Propose and implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Monitor usage and performance.

Train personnel on system usage.

Troubleshoot server, software, and hardware issues.

Assist with recommending, scheduling, and implementing system hardware and software upgrades or repairs.

Research, evaluate, and recommend software and hardware products.

Support web access and electronic messaging services and maintain a secure systems environment.

Provide users with new hardware specifications based on application needs and anticipated growth.

Perform other related duties as needed.

What You Bring:
Knowledge of multiple operating systems, utilities, and hardware.

Knowledge of storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools, and technical writing principles and practices.

Effective analytical, problem-solving, installation, and maintenance skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and the public.
