• Sourcing (Shortlisting, Discussion with shortlisted candidate, Collecting details of candidate)
• Sharing to Client Lead
• Follow-ups, Scheduling
• Process adherence, Maintaining performance data

TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:

• Sourcing

Shortlisting

Finding relevant profile as per the JD from client

Should meet all the basic criteria given by the client

Sourcing to be done using different resources

Discussion with shortlisted candidate

Self-introduction and greeting

Detail introduction of client as per given script

Detail elaboration about the requirement as per given script

Checking interest level with proper reasoning

Taking relocation confirmation with proper reasoning

Collecting details of candidate

Capturing all the required details as per given script

• Sharing to Client Lead

Sharing the shortlisted / interested candidate details as per the given format along with the properly updated resume to the respective client lead

• Follow-ups

Acceptance follow-up with candidate before sharing the profile with the Client Lead

Interview follow-up at different level

Offer follow-up

Joining follow-up

Post joining interaction till 90 days from DOJ

• Scheduling

Taking suitable slots as per panel availability and communicating to respective client lead

• Process adherence

Following organisation processes end to end

• Maintaining performance data

Maintaining the sourced candidate details as per the given format Only correct data to be captured and maintained
