• Managing company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Ensuring that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations. Keeping abreast of changes in statutory legislation and regulations Record keeping .Financial year opening .Book keeping .Statutory certificate upkeep and Filing work. Project Billing and Invoicing.
• Purchase Order generation.
• Follows for payments and keeping track of payments of vendors.
• Monthly monitoring of sales, purchase, expenses & stock value.
• Statutory: GST monthly filling (GSTR 3B, GSTR 1 & GSTR 2) and annual GSTR3A
• Statutory: TDS monthly filling and quarterly returns including 26AS
• Statutory: PT, PF and ESI monthly and annual filling
• Statutory: Advance tax with supporting P&L
• Statutory: Honouring notices with supporting documents up to completion
• Statutory: Balance sheet with profit and loss
• Profit and loss monthly , Bank reconciliation weekly & monthly
• Supplier reconciliation monthly and annually
• Payroll and Staff Expenses.
• Landed Costing for the Material.
• Internal audit across all associated with finance
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadline
• Accountable and managing operational expense
• Accountable and managing payables to purchase
• Accountable and managing payables towards business promotion
• Accountable and managing all aspects and functions of billing Liaising with auditors to ensure periodic monitoring is carried out Staying abreast with todays financial methods.
• Developing and implementing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
• Providing and interpreting financial information Year ending – Verifying book of accounts, Year ending audit internal and with auditors, ERP Closure, Statutory and report updating of year ending file, facilitating ITR for company and Directors.
• MIS for the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
