Engaging the community, media, healthcare professionals, industry and government stakeholders and our employees is critical to this effort. The Head of Communications & Public Affairs, MedTech India will lead to plan, develop and implement impactful and measurable communication and public affairs programs that showcase the critical contribution of medtech to the health of the people and markets we serve.
The position will be responsible for all communication aspects of the MedTech business in the market, with a focus on best-in-class engagement and leadership support to the India Managing Director and leadership team. Collaboration and working actively in matrix team will be critically important.
This role will also serve as the key liaison of enterprise communications for Johnson & Johnson in India by collaborating with the members of Communications & Public Affairs team across the two sectors as well as the key internal stakeholders.
The successful person will be able to influence in a complex organization and demonstrate a high level of accountability to outcomes. Most critically, the role must break down silos, work seamlessly as team player and work to both receive and promote stories across channels.
