Full Job Description
Performs complete executive administrative services in support of senior leadership in a medium to large-size facility. This position handles highly confidential information and files. This position typically reports to an executive leadership position responsible for a major function such as finance, manufacturing, commercial, and/or general management of a business unit or division. Works through differing situations requiring the identification of issues within administrative duties, the application of judgement, and the selection of solutions with known choices.
Job purpose
This position is accountable for effective management and execution of Industrial relations management, Panki site facility management, compliance and creating and maintaining a positive work environment. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of these compliance, IR and Admin strategies through the partnership with business leaders of CT businesses operating from Panki site.
Principal accountabilities
Provide leadership to site Admin and IR team and ensure the deployment of key initiatives.
Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale specially among bargaining employees.
Responsible for all the administration (Facility management, contractor management, factory licenses, returns related activities for Panki site)
To provide guidance and support to the site leader in Industrial relationship management.
Assist in Employee Related Court Matters & Legal Cases. Co-ordination with Lawyers & Other external bodies.
Provide Support for Implementation of Community Engagement Programs & CSR activities to site management as and when required.
Contractor & Contract Labour Management including Legal Compliance.
Effectively running high quality Canteen operations at site

Provide leadership to site facility team and ensure the deployment of key initiatives in employee engagement, welfare, contractor management, EHS, compliance and IR.
Professional level ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership and employees.
Excellent influencing skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate with compliance specialization or experience

8+ years of related compliance and IR experience in industrial manufacturing environment, work experience of MNCs would be added advantage
