Johnson Matthey Hiring for Production Supervisor at Bawal, Haryana Full Time

Directs the activities of teams/shifts of production workers across different shifts/and or work areas so that the established production targets, including volume, cost, safety and quality measures are met. Determines manufacturing priorities based on established weekly/monthly production schedules. Leads a large team directly and indirectly, which include operators and technicians. Operations are of mid-level complexity (e.g. higher technology/additional lines), normally requiring some more complex machine set-ups.

Should continuously work with team to achieve Zero EHS Incident/Zero Defect/Zero Downtime/ in his Shift

Ensuring the adherence of IATF16949 & IMS system & strengthening them

Monitors and communicates agreed KPIs, with clear communication and escalation at early stages of any issues. Through a good understanding of the processes, propose improvement actions for all production related issues.

Lead CAPS &CI project implementation in respective area.

Manage production plan adherence and current performance against it. Look forward to ensure next shifts can operate safely and efficiently against the plan.

Ensures training & competency development of the team based on company needs.
