Full Job Description
This position is responsible for providing region of sector strategy and technical direction for the Customer Service Group in the Asia Market. Incumbent will interact with various levels of the organization including leadership. Implement for results in a fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. The objective being “on time” shipments, with “inventory optimization”.
Customer Service Representatives to ensure the highest level of customer support by managing demand and supply in line with customer expectations.
Focus on customers’ satisfaction and daily trouble shootings for transactional errors in SAP.
Receives and processes sale orders and arranges shipping scheduling to meet customer’s requirements. Coordination and communication with cross functional departments.
Keeps close communication with customers to understand customer’s production plan and get best accurate delivery demands.
Have a good control on inventory level (PGM and finish goods), OTIF, effective multiple company protocols with assurance on no dead stock.
Reasonable and effective work assignments, giving the representatives supports where required.
Discussing together with the representatives to find a good way for optimization.
Keeps effective communication and good business relationship with all customers, visits customer to enhance communication when necessary.
