What’s the Opportunity Our Educators are at the heart of what we do, providing the essential software training and on-boarding support to new Zenoti customers. With their coaching and support, we ensure our employees are best taken care of during the important onboarding phase of their Zenoti tenure. In addition to our employees on-boarding, our Educators will also be taking care of the education needs of our existing employees. What will I be doing?

• Primarily own advance set of courses – create & update
• Support educators on Basic courses
• Coordinate with SMEs across departments to stay upto date on their courses
• Help new hires with any queries
• Conduct demos for new hires and signoff handovers
• Own the release cycle : Follow Jiras and keep track of release items, publish assessments etc
• Research and share latest Learning & Pedagogy methods

What skills do I need?

• 3-5 years of training experience
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple ways
• Quick learner with strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact, understand, articulate and manage employee expectations.
• Strong documentation skills – should be comfortable using MS Office
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to get things done
• Good understanding of different pedagogy and learning methods
• Ability to create effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
