• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
• 12- 15 years of experience in project management, business & financial analysis & Reporting

Key skills: End to end Business P lanning, Analytics and Reporting. Additionally, following competencies are desirable:

• Excellent Interpersonal skills & Stakeholder management expertise
• Exhibiting strong organization skills, methodical thinking, innovation and Project management skill set
• Excellent skills in analysis and reporting. Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills, with good knowledge on data visualization platforms
• Ability to manage matrix reporting lines & partner effectively with diverse groups across geographies
• Strong presentation & communication skills at all levels – confident and organized with the personality to challenge status quo & strong influencing skills
• Creative self-starter with strong initiative, ability to take ownership, work independently as well as with a team
• Must demonstrate resourcefulness in finding solutions to problems
• People management skills – proven leader with the ability to drive results & manage a diverse group (direct as well as matrix)
• Previous experience with Finance/Banking, Project Management and Business Management a plus
• Knowledge of CIB products and functions will be an advantage
• Ability to manage matrix reporting lines & partner effectively with diverse groups across geographies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong financial and business management support to senior CIB Operations Executives in India and Global business partners. Assist senior leaders in developing strategy and business plans, and in managing other day-to-day business management activities
• Contribute to the definition and development of multi-year business roadmap
• Business Reporting:
  • Headcount, Location Strategy, Real Estate Capacity analysis, Monthly and periodic presentations for performance reports, forecasts, & plans, ad hoc reporting/analysis, Tracking Financial, Risk, Training, HR metrics.
  • Capable of deciphering, tracking & planning of project Financials, Financial plans, budgets etc.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills, with good knowledge of MS Projects, Share-point & VISIO
• Develop business plans and provide value added MIS and performance scorecards including periodic (weekly) financial and metrics reports, monthly forecasts, annual plans, reviews, and any ad hoc analysis
