What you’ll achieve You will be part of the Global Fulfilment and Logistics (GF&L) operations organization and work as a Logistics Specialist in Hyderabad to support development of dashboardsies, processes, tools and data capabilities that impact operational performance & organizational productivity. You will support a range of analytics and key data initiatives that improves Logistics performance. Beyond technical skill sets, successful candidates will display bias for action, passion for data quality and excellent communication skills. Principal Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the reporting and automation of GFLT key metrics and performance measurements, with specific focus on data visualization, Digitization & Modernization
• Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Business Analytics Dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies
• Supports the day-to-day operation of the reporting and analytic solutions & other errors encountered during data processing
• Perform Quality check using SQL queries
• Connecting to databases, SharePoint and other data sources to develop dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA)

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of combined work experience in data development, analytics & visualization
• Minimum 3 years of SQL & database management experience (hands on experience with relational databases, data transformations)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Power BI Visualization development & modernization

Other Requirements:

• Expert level proficiency in data development tools including but not limited to SQL, Advanced Excel, ETL scheduling, Power BI and other visualization tools
• Good domain knowledge on Supply Chain and Logistics
• Proficient with RDBMS, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel pivots/formulas/Vlookup
