Realpage is hiring for UI/UX Designer with minimum 4+ Years of experience for Hyderabad location. WHAT YOUâLL DO:
The User Experience team at Realpage advocates for customers in all phases of product development. You see business problems as human problems, and know how to design for the success of the user. You can produce InVision prototypes quickly via a Sketch-based design system, AND you carry this knowledge lightly: first conducting user interviews, card sorts, surveys, unmoderated user tests, AB tests and more because you know that you are NOT the user. We’re looking for a portfolio that reflects more than visuals of the final product, but also the steps taken to get there and measurable results. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design user interfaces & interactions for mobile, and web applications. Develop UI/UX solutions for various products that address wide variety of user pain points, platforms and devices.
• Produce user flows, navigation & information architecture diagrams for User Scenarios and Business requirements.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes of UX ideas using design library (RAUL).
• Meet with cross-functional teams to understand product timelines, processes, systems, requirements and work within those specifications. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on executing against the product roadmap.
• Consult and collaborate with team members (researchers, designers, and technologists) and stakeholders on designs, and requirements. Use storyboarding, task analysis, scenarios to capture and develop user requirements.

• Efficiently and intelligently iterate designs, adjusting to technical requirements, and incorporate usability findings into design.
• Document functionality, content, navigation, and interaction models through wireframes, device maps, storyboards and user flows.
• Actively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new and better tools, methods and processes
• Look for opportunities to promote UX among product teams and collaborate on user experience planning.

• Collaborate with research team to create user experience journeys, user personas, discussion guides, test scripts, wireframes, interactive mockups, user flows, sketches, & written specifications, etc. based on research insights.
• Participate in concept creation workshops, create new concepts, brainstorm new user interface ideas and build mock-ups.
• Keep up with and share perspective on technology, e-commerce, and interaction design trends.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• 4-10 years of relevant experience.
• HCI, interaction design, product design, communication design, design thinking or related design degree.
• Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.

• Exemplary verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite of products, & Invision experience.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, Fluency in best practices for web-based and mobile-based (responsive, iOS, Android) information architecture and responsive design.
• Communicator: Open, articulate and pro-active in discussing issues and sharing information. A great listener.
• Team oriented: Enjoys working with other RealPagers to create great outcomes to both working and living environments.
