Job Description

As a Capacity Planner you will be responsible for call center capacity planning, quantitative analyses, and the summarization of multi-sourced data into meaningful and actionable business intelligence within our global call center and correspondence network. Key accountabilities (in part) are managing staffing/capacity plans and leading the preparation of presentations, from ideation to executive hand-off. This position allows a great deal of latitude, and excellent judgment is required. An associate in Capacity Planning would be expected to:

• Gather/Analyze Prior Month Actual Data, update capacity plan tool with Actuals
• Produce Headcount walks and commentary for Prior month actual variances and outlook.
• Communicate new hire and new joiner changes as needed (cancel or add classes) through BPA weekly process working with Training/Recruiting.
• Update capacity plan tool with Demand, Work Rate, and Leaver forecasts.
• Decision New Hires/New Joiners to right size staffing position for long term forecast needs
• Review plan internally to ensure headcount is in line with budget and CLS. If it is not, Review with stakeholders(RMs) to discuss options.
• Build Agreed upon Output documents to be delivered to RMs
• Distribute final output to RM’s and WFM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business discipline (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis required
• Advanced excel skills required
• Strong communication and presentation skills required
• Call center/operations background in a credit card environment preferred
• Experience in capacity planning and quantitative and qualitative business analyses preferred
