Owns end to end projects or complex work streams within larger projects
Drives and owns execution plan for their work stream
Manages cross functional team through a well-defined and documented project plan
Ensures progress and issues are clearly communicated
Ensures quality of analyses and documentation and alignment with internal processes and controls
Ensures output is aligned with broader goals of the business
Re-engineers data processes to optimize the automation
Monitors/improves performance of data automation solutions to ensure that businesses can rely on the solutions to conduct business operations
Keeps abreast with current automation tools and developments in the technology landscape
Guides team members by resolving technical challenges and roadblocks, and assists analytics lead in team building activities
Qualifications
Strong hands on experience of automation and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath
Proficient in leveraging complex data sets to support business decision-making
Working knowledge of variety of databases and database concepts such as SQL, Oracle
Prior experience of owning data analytics projects or complex work streams
Demonstrated ability to lead end to end implementation
Strong communication skills; ability to lead group meetings and working sessions
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a broad range of functions and stakeholders
Experience in banking and finance services and knowledge of operations functions is a bonus
Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Statistical analysis methods is a bonus
