Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Logistic experience is a plus for this position
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Location: – Sola, Ahmedabad
Salary: – 15,000 – 30,000
Timing: – 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Early Morning)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
