Job Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to automate leveraging tools . D aily set in onboarding platform within required timelines. Ensure quality delivery without errors. Ability to identify risk and mitigate them with enhances controls. Expertise in excel, metrics and graphs is required. Plan, execute and successfully implement complex solutions

Manage any new analysis requirements across multiple stakeholders. Regular update to senior management on BAU, projects etc. Manage strategic automation projects. Partner well with team of stakeholders across multiple groups including the front office, product development, Data analytics, middle office, core operations, technology, finance, and work across global regions

Follow industry-leading technology trends and recommend strategic implementation. Effective project governance by ensuring deadlines are met, strategic initiatives are delivered within budget, and strong adherence to risk mitigation . Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure project meets expected results. Effective Stakeholder Management

Identify and facilitate issue resolution and escalate where applicable. Business process re-engineering. Help analyze system infrastructure and existing process flows to determine gaps or opportunities for productivity

Document business requirements by working with the operations and client facing teams within Middle Office. The individual should be able to articulate business requirements clearly to technology and product development teams. Monitor, track and report project milestones and timeline

Participate in meetings at the operational and project level, providing continuous feedback on project status, UAT management, and production deployment. Full understanding of business landscape, products, infrastructure and control environment. Ability to represent team in key senior Project Delivery meetings. Produce summary presentations and overview materials for program stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Overall 7-8 years’ experience preferred with a track record of projects / operations experience

Good balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills . Candidates with prior experience for implementing projects leveraging Robotics and automation tools

Begins to apply structure to well-defined problems and issues with guidance; returns correct quantitative and qualitative results the first time

Familiarity with a global bank’s process & operational environment. Deal with day-to-day issues as well as planning and executing projects / initiatives

Ensuring the team’s activities support attaining strategic regulatory goals. Excellent attention to detail, and an ability to know when a deep-dive approach is appropriate

Skilled in MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Project

Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one’s own and team’s work to achieve them
