Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Overall 7-8 years’ experience preferred with a track record of projects / operations experience
Good balance between analytical skills and interpersonal skills . Candidates with prior experience for implementing projects leveraging Robotics and automation tools
Begins to apply structure to well-defined problems and issues with guidance; returns correct quantitative and qualitative results the first time
Familiarity with a global bank’s process & operational environment. Deal with day-to-day issues as well as planning and executing projects / initiatives
Ensuring the team’s activities support attaining strategic regulatory goals. Excellent attention to detail, and an ability to know when a deep-dive approach is appropriate
Skilled in MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Project
Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one’s own and team’s work to achieve them
