As the Wealth Management Fee Billing – Operations Analyst Team Name” , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

You will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining accurate management revenue for all client accounts. You will also be accountable for applying corrections or modifying previously calculated Fees and answering Integrated Team queries on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up of new Fee Schedules and Billing of fees
• Re-pricing of existing Fee schedules
• Account closures and Waivers and Running Control Reports
• Maintaining fee documents
• Producing reports and trend analysis
• Answering Front-Office queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Testing effort during projects

As an Operations Analyst, your role will be:

• Understand process end to end as well as fee policies
• Process Volumes including Fee Set-ups & Closures
• Run Control Reports as defined by the Process
• Ensure Daily Checklists are followed & Signed
• Ensure daily tasks are completed within the specified Service Level Agreement
• Ensure relevant and adequate controls are in place and followed
• Support the Front-Office with their queries
• Question existing process and find more efficient solutions
• Perform User Acceptance Testing
• Escalate any issues immediately as per Escalation Matrix
