Job Responsibilities
Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients
Frequently follow up with the Underwriters/Business Partners on the missing documents or required information to complete the BAU activities
Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines, Ability to work through large Excel base data and perform complex calculations
Manage the exceptions and one-off transactions and follow the escalation metrics. Escalate on time when required
Collaborate with other team members to achieve Business goals, Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve team performance and processes
Generate and publish daily KPI reports, Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Have an eye for details
Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred. 3-5 years of experience preferably in Banking/Financial Institution/Loan Operations/Underwriting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to manage Client relationship and time management
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, You should be open to work in shifts
