JPMorgan Chase & Co. Looking For Asia Middle Office- Trade Support Reconciliations Associate at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding of Fixed Income life cycle of a trade. Good understanding of the control environment. Has risk and control awareness.
• Knowledge of the front to back Operations process (including the key elements such as confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting) and facilitate issue resolution across teams
• Understand the key elements of other infrastructure groups (i.e. Finance, Market risk, Credit risk, Operational risk, Legal, Collateral etc.) and recognize the impact of the actions of the Trade support team on these areas
• Must have clear communication skills and an ability to use these to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge, as appropriate
• Attention to details and sense of ownership. Great team player able to work in a pressurized and changing environment
• Work management skills: Time and workload management, Self-starter, Planning, achievement Orientation, Productivity focus
• Prioritizes effectively and manages within deadlines. Takes ownership& is delivery focused. Delivers independently and seamlessly
• Compile Ad-hoc reports that are requested by Front Office or other Middle / Back-office groups. Ability to engage with external Auditors and share required reports within the stringent timelines.
• Monitor live trading blotter and raise exceptions in timely manner. Knowledge of regulatory reporting like RegW, 12CFR.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Possess strong analytical and numerical skills
• Analytical skills: Problem solving Data analysis, Decision-making and project management skill
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performing end to end Trade reconciliations
• Minimum 7 years of overall experience in Trade support team.
• Aptitude: Outcome focused, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic, Professional approach to successfully interact with senior management/ colleagues/ peers
• Communication – Is organized, clear and confident in written and oral communications. Actively engages in discussions offering expertise, opinions, and advice.
• PC Literate MS Excel/ Word/ Access required
• Open to work in Flexible shift. AI tools = Alteryx, Tableau and U I Path knowledge would be an advantage
• Strong technical skills, especially in Excel would be an advantage
